From the age of 3, settled in his basket in the heart of Michel Guérard's kitchens (3-Michelin-star chef and his great-uncle), young Hadrien was already immersed in the delicate vapors of a poached John Dory and the poetry of cuisine minceur.
This awakening was enriched in nature with his father during wild bivouacs: the patience of river fishing (Arctic char, trout, zander), picking porcini and chanterelle mushrooms, and then his first attempts on the family stove around his grandmother's recipes.
Having honed his skills in prestigious kitchens, Chef Hadrien Moreno now invites himself to your table.
